Babylon Garden Condotel

Babylon Garden is located in one of the busiest coastal hotel districts in Da Nang City. Designed to be enveloped in layers of greenery, Babylon Garden offers its guests an experience of immersion in nature.

The hotel consists of 6 floors with 13 bedrooms, along with other amenities such as a restaurant, a Koi pond café, a rooftop bar, and entertainment areas including billiards, foosball, and a gym. Although the plot could have accommodated more rooms, the design solution provides only 4 rooms per floor, positioned at the four corners of the building. This ensures that every bedroom has two sides facing nature, complete with a small elevated garden, while also facilitating natural cross-ventilation and lighting.

Meanwhile, the ground floor and mezzanine have been completely freed from enclosing walls. This prevents the entrance area from feeling cramped due to its location in a small alley, instead expanding the view and creating a space that feels airy and filled with cool, lush greenery.

Each bedroom features a balcony for relaxation, adorned with various plants, with the balcony positions varying depending on the room's location on each floor. Like a "dance" of balconies surrounding the building, they provide a unique beauty that can be felt in every moment. Architect Ho Khue (ALPES) aims to create magnificent and powerful buildings that resonate with the emotions of their users. The harmonious combination of plants, natural stone, and aesthetically stylized concrete contributes to a more positive perception of green-space buildings as natural environments. Babylon Garden acts as a modern hanging garden that connects people with nature, offering an escape from the hustle and bustle of the noisy, crowded tourist area.
