Saha Casa Boutique

Amidst the bustling coastal city of Da Nang, Saha Casa, designed by Ho Khue Architects (ALPES), serves as a tranquil retreat that offers healing and sustainable heritage value within a limited footprint. Inspired by cave structures, the building employs an asymmetrical language featuring soft curves and "breathing" voids to connect with nature, highlighted by a bold engineering feat: an acrylic pool that cantilevers 6 meters, suspended in mid-air. Beyond its visual breakthrough, the building functions as an intelligent, self-cooling entity, thanks to a staggered terrazzo facade that creates self-shading to block thermal radiation, combined with a skylight and ground-floor water feature that trigger a chimney effect, continuously circulating fresh, cool air throughout the entire space.
